Product Description

High-Quality Titanium, Inconel & Hastelloy Round Bars - Custom Sizes & Wholesale1. Alloy 625
Alloy 625 offers exceptional strength at temperatures up to 816°C, making it ideal for high-temperature applications. While its strength decreases at higher temperatures compared to other solid solution strengthened alloys, it maintains excellent oxidation resistance up to 980°C and superior resistance to aqueous corrosion. Perfect for aerospace, marine, and chemical processing industries.

2. Alloy 601
Alloy 601 is renowned for its outstanding heat and corrosion resistance, particularly oxidation resistance at temperatures up to 1200°C. With high strength, excellent fabricability, and resistance to aqueous corrosion, it is widely used in furnace components, heat treatment equipment, and industrial heating systems.

3. N06600 (Alloy 600)
N06600 provides excellent corrosion and high-temperature resistance, along with high strength and good fabricability. It resists chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking, sulfur compounds, and oxidizing conditions at high temperatures, making it suitable for chemical processing, nuclear engineering, and heat treatment applications.

4. Alloy X750
Alloy X750 is an age-hardenable nickel-chromium alloy with excellent corrosion and oxidation resistance. It maintains high strength at temperatures up to 700°C and performs well even at cryogenic temperatures. Ideal for aerospace, gas turbines, and nuclear reactors.

5. Alloy 718
Alloy 718 combines corrosion resistance with high strength and excellent fabricability. This age-hardenable nickel-chromium alloy offers high creep-rupture strength at temperatures up to 700°C, making it a top choice for aerospace, oil and gas, and power generation industries.

6. N08800 (Alloy 800)
N08800 exhibits excellent rupture and creep strength, along with superior resistance to oxidation, carburization, and sulfidation at temperatures up to 816°C. It also resists general corrosion in many aqueous media. For higher stress rupture and creep properties above 816°C, N08810 and N08811 are recommended.

7. Alloy 020
Alloy 020 is highly resistant to sulfuric acid, chlorides, and phosphoric acid environments. Stabilized with niobium, it resists sensitization and intergranular corrosion. With good mechanical properties and fabricability, it is widely used in chemical processing and pollution control equipment.

8. N08810 (Alloy 800H)
N08810 features a restricted carbon content range (0.05 to 0.10%) and is annealed at 1149 to 1177°C, ensuring higher creep and rupture strength compared to N08800. It is ideal for high-temperature applications such as heat exchangers and industrial furnaces.

9. Alloy 825
Alloy 825 offers excellent resistance to chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking, reducing environments containing phosphoric and sulfuric acids, and oxidizing environments with nitrates. It also resists crevice and intergranular corrosion, with good mechanical properties from cryogenic temperatures up to 538°C. Perfect for chemical processing and oil and gas industries.

10. N08811 (Alloy 800HT)
N08811 ensures higher stress rupture and creep properties compared to N08810, thanks to its restricted carbon content (0.06 to 0.10%) and controlled aluminum plus titanium content (0.85 to 1.20%). It is ideal for high-temperature applications requiring superior performance.

11. Alloy 926
Alloy 926 is a super austenitic stainless steel with exceptional resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking. It performs exceptionally well in media containing halides and hydrogen sulfide, making it a top choice for offshore, chemical, and desalination industries.
