H10350 (GH1035) Superalloy Round Bar High-Temp Nickel Alloy for Turbine Discs & Exhaust Valves

GH1035, also known as GH35, is a Fe-Ni-Cr based solid solution strengthened deformation superalloy, solid solution strengthened with chromium and tungsten and other elements, mainly used in working conditions below 900ºC. The alloy has high thermal strength, close to GH3039 nickel-based alloy, and has good hot-working plasticity and welding, cold forming performance.

Physical properties
The physical performance parameters of GH1035 include:
Elastic modulus: varies at different temperatures, such as 213 GPa at 20°C and 112 GPa at 800°C.
Thermal conductivity: It also varies at different temperatures, such as 14.3 W/m·K at 20°C and 12.2 W/m·K at 800°C.
Specific heat capacity: varies at different temperatures, e.g. 0.24 J/g·K at 20°C and 0.14 J/g·K at 800°C.
Density: about 8.17g /cm³.
